GitHub Issues adds agent review receipts

GitHub Issues added public-preview controls for agent automations: approvals, confidence levels, and rationale records for labels, assignments, type changes, and closes. Why it matters: The useful pattern is the review surface. Agents can suggest mutations, expose confidence, and leave a reason for each change instead of silently editing the issue queue.

Try this: If you build agent workflows, copy the shape before copying the product: suggestion first, confidence threshold second, audit trail always.
