Claude Code subagent failure reporting

Claude Code 2.1.199 reports partial work and errors from subagents interrupted by rate limits, server errors, or mid-stream failures instead of leaving parent agents blind. Why it matters: Multi-agent coding workflows need visible failure states. Better error propagation makes background and delegated agent runs easier to debug and safer to automate.

Try this: Update Claude Code and rerun one delegated coding task with logging enabled; confirm partial outputs and failure causes are visible when a run is interrupted.
