Chroma Foundation: a cited wiki for agent sessions

Chroma says Foundation follows work in tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and Slack, then builds a team wiki from those sessions. Why it matters: The product makes agent context reviewable through versioning, diffs, lineage, and citations. That gives a team a place to inspect what the system learned instead of treating accumulated context as opaque.

Try this: Inspect the source page's versioning, diffs, citations, and access-control claims before connecting agent sessions. Check whether authors, administrators, and downstream tools see the same record.
