vision turns repository history into a VISION.md

The /vision agent skill mines merged pull requests or commit history, drafts a VISION.md from that evidence, then sends hard hypotheticals to an interactive review board. Human answers are folded back into traced edits. Why it matters: A repository often contains decisions that contributors and coding agents must rediscover. The skill makes those decisions inspectable, but it can also turn incomplete or biased history into a durable policy.

Try this: Run vision on a small repository with known decisions, open every cited commit or pull request, and reject each VISION.md file principle that no longer fits the current product.
