Hyperspell makes company memory an agent problem
Hyperspell founder Conor Brennan-Burke argues that growing companies pay a coordination tax when decisions, customer context, ownership, and dependencies spread across people and tools. His proposed company brain would hold shared memory, identify stale context and duplicate work, and route relevant information to people and agents before someone asks for it. Why it matters: Cheaper execution makes coordination more visible. An agent can change a product, draft sales material, and answer a customer quickly, but the work still breaks if each action uses a different version of the company’s decisions, policies, or priorities.
Try this: Trace one cross-team workflow from customer input to an agent action. List the decision source, owner, policy, and update path for each handoff, then find where an agent could act on stale context.
